When ever i have enquired as to what i can do, i have been told to order from the singapore site, and just accept the shipping and customs markup. Not a very pleasant way of doing business. Shows a distinct lack of understanding or desire to be a true global business. Instead I now have to order products direct from us or china, because i can use my credit card. Im not prepared to take a day off work to mess around at the bank performing manual account transfers to buy goods on your site, what is this the dark ages?
