You know the TLA (Three Letter Acronym) TMI for Too Much Information - here on E14 we need to use NMI (Need More Information) about a hundred times a day.

How much power are you putting into your speaker now - if you don't know then tell us how you are driving it. If you want more noise are you willing to put more than 1W into the speaker - could you fit abetter speaker, what power supplies are available, etc etc.

In case you just want to jump in and try something, without worrying too much about what the problem really is in the first place, you could just use one of these:
