&lt;p&gt;If stored in a cool dry place, free from continuous or severe vibration, there is hardly any deterioration in the tubes characteristics. A storage life of&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;years is not unusual.&lt;/p&gt;

These companies do not seem to be within the regular vendors lists that I have. Did you check storage conditions in a metal enclosure (army like box) with proper padding, at or below normal room temperatures and not in direct sun/ambient light?
