Hi Ralph,

I've found it to be a great place to learn from - many diverse people here including those in education, professional engineering and hobbyists. It's the best place I've seen for posting projects - no annoying intrusive adverts like Instructables, friendly staff that are all the time thinking about what engineers want,and they have worked hard to provide excellent capabilities - rich posts are possible with videos, images and code highlighting and excellent collaboration through document versioning and comments from people. Plus regular webinars on current topics to keep you updated. There is a huge amount of material, a lot of it usefully tagged. The search capability is improving, but for now google helps anyway.
