I&amp;#39;ve seen the books and software tools on the shelves though, but not used!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But then I&amp;#39;ve only worked in certain industries.. is UML is more prevalent in others?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Usually, I see tons of message flow diagrams, block diagrams, drawings, use-cases, tables, class hierarchy and class documentation, pseudocode and text.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Granted some of that is also part of UML diagrams in some way, but I don&amp;#39;t see people actually modelling using UML at all.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.element14.com/aggbug?PostID=21613&amp;AppID=293&amp;AppType=Weblog&amp;ContentType=0" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
