A prototype was built and tested based on the Texas Instruments (TI) TMS320F2812 fixed-poin...

RE: 90 kW PWM, Sine Wave Inverter Design: 115 VAC/200VAC, 3-PH, 400 Hz Out using a TI DSP

Kamran

Should you want to licence the design for manufacturing in South Africa for southern Africa markets I would be interested in discussing the opportunity with you.

We have a demand for 400 Hz GPUs but the age of the refurbished equipment available and the shipping weight from Europe or USA are factors in limiting the available product.

I have access to transformer winding and rectifier/converter assembly with enough sheet metal suppliers to be viable.

Kind regards Paul Sabatier

Efficiency is fine - the problem is the huge amount of 100MHz noise - my design is at least 3x better than the control chip manufacturer's demo board but I still get worst case noise pulses of about +/- 500mV.

More work to do ...........

MK

RE: 90 kW PWM, Sine Wave Inverter Design: 115 VAC/200VAC, 3-PH, 400 Hz Out using a TI DSP

That is quite a beast...Do you have pictures?
