Have you got mechanical specifications for the snacks - you mentioned elsewhere that they will be Duplo bricks but I'm wondering if they may have multiple colours.

Is there a specific reason to combine sorting and distribution on the same system? Generally, it is better practice to put things sorted and distribute or dive two systems.
