I'm curious to discover the name relationship between David and Fred.

If your birth name is David, what caused you to be called Fred.

I have uncles that are named Richard called *** and another named John who is called Jack. Are you willing to shared the reasons behind the naming convention?

Another Jackie Chan fan here too. I used to teach Kung Fu many years ago. There's the odd bit in his films where you can tell that not only is he a great actor / acrobat / stuntman, but he genuinely knew what he was doing on the Kung Fu side too. (i.e. It's not just "pretend" movie fighting to look good.)
