ST have some similar parts with op amps, too. At a somewhat higher level, I suppose at a push you could include the PSoC devices from Cypress in the general category, though they&amp;#39;re really aiming at a different target.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This TI part is nice with its FRAM. It&amp;#39;s a shame, though, that they didn&amp;#39;t put in a switch to allow the DAC to be connected to the op amp rather than just act as a variable reference for the comparator.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The datasheet says that the 3V/us slew is the fast mode (slow is 1V/uS), so I don&amp;#39;t know what is going on with the routines you are calling up.
