Interesting seeing the cal test report comparisons!

I'm not qualified enough to analyze the on-the ground results though for sure! These are review units, they may have quite rightly been opened, checked, even set for our national voltages before shipping for review, so papers being swapped by accident can happen, I've done far worse (like ship chassis' and forget to record the important removable module serial numbers : ).

Also, I don't know if review units sit in a factory and get bumped around, or do not clear the shelves as soon as other devices.

In any case, for a real measurement I checked with a voltage calibrator (Yokogawa) set to 1.0000V which is out of cal, but I compared that with an in-cal Keithley DMM6500 and an in-cal Fluke 87V. I only tested this one point value.

The results I saw were much tighter to the 1V nominal value.

Fluke 87V - flickers between 1.0000 and 1.0001

Keithley DMM6500 - 1.0001

BK BA6010 - 0.9998

But, I cannot read too much into this because it is what it is, and I made this measurement at a different temperature to what the cal cert stated, and I didn't wait half a day for the equipment to settle : ) and most users won't either, unless they really need down to that resolution, and they will have a procedure for that (i.e. measure after a period, record the temperature, get calibration done regularly, and so on).

Thanks for diving into this. This type of analysis normally can't be performed in a single unit road test.
