( Let alone any discussion of common mode rejection.) It looks to me as if all the inputs share a common earth but that in some modes they operate differentially, but are isolated from the control system earth. (There seems to be a single small DC-DC converter in the signal acquisition section.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;d be very interested in your comments on this.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And while I&amp;#39;m asking you to snoop more &lt;span&gt;[View:/resized-image/__size/16x16/__key/commentfiles/f7d226abd59f475c9d224a79e3f0ec07-225b9696-45d4-4f21-8ea2-6eb9ae953ff5/contentimage_5F00_1.png:16:16]&lt;/span&gt;, can you spot any serious attempt at static discharge and RF protection in the acquisition section or the interface blocks.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;MK&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.element14.com/aggbug?PostID=8706&amp;AppID=316&amp;AppType=Weblog&amp;ContentType=0" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
