That's a really cool idea you suggest - solar panel scrubber magnets. Reminds me (although not similar at all) of the degaussing coils that TVs used to have?

This is like a modern adaptation, de-greasing :-)

Very cool.

Depending upon the power needed, I could see these robots setup to keep solar collectors clean.

Also think about keeping sky scrapper windows clean. No more dangling people off the building so that they can be injured by variant wind speeds.

Lots of possibility here if the logistics work.
