Its used commercially to grow lettuces in NZ on a very large scale.

The Shed magazine publisher is very keen on a home based article using electronic monitoring and control.

I love watching this kind of stuff. Your man is really good at explaining it all. I had not considered it before, but since watching these videos I too am highly interested to know more!

I have considered going hydroponic, but I am not sure of the care and maintenance needed.
