John,

I have several of those sound recorder PCBs and I do like them. If you repeatedly activate the play input you can get a sort of rap from them - depending on what you record of course. I haven't put the speaker in an enclosure before so I might try that the next time I use one.

Nice build John.

I solve this problem by recording all of the shows I want to watch and zip through all of the commercials and political commentary.

I find I have more time to work on my books and I do not have to listen to all of the politicians lie.

It is indeed troubling times with all the not stop lies. If laughing minions can get you through the craziness, then let those little guys laugh!

I would yell at the news too but there is nobody to listen to me so maybe I should build my own. Bob and Stuart look like they are good listeners as well as having informed opinions. On a somewhat serious note, I use that little ISD1820 with my Halloween builds and they are great fun.
