&lt;p&gt;Interesting project! How does psr_dat_o and psr_dat_i connect to the two PSRAM chip SIO pins?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It would be interesting to try the code (probably on a different FPGA board, I have a couple I could attempt it on), I need to get hold of of those chips.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Incidentally, I found this thing on AliExpress, although I don&amp;#39;t think it may be useful for your scenario, where trace length matching is needed to the real chip:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However I just received it, and the quality is really good. &lt;p&gt;I have no idea if the quality of the 3x3 and 2x2 will be the same as the 6x8mm one. The 6x8 looks darker than the 3x3 and 2x2 ones.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Other side; I&amp;#39;ll need to create a little PCB for this, to adapt to (say) 0.1&amp;quot; header pins, but I might also need an optional level converter on there too:&lt;/p&gt;
