If I had my way in a perfect universe I'd ban that somehow. Same with small print.. it should be big print if it's important, which it usually is!

Here there are TV ads of trashy products all from one firm, and in my opinion they appear misleading to me all the time. The advertising standards authority does nothing.

They had one product called "Navy Seal Draught Shield Tape". Trying to ride on the back of the impression that it has something to do with the toughness of Navy SEALs I think!

It wasn't even navy-blue colored, in case that's what they were referring to by the name of it!
