error when turning ReviewApp notification on

I tried the instructions from "Navigating to Options for Receiving Notifications for new RoadTests and RoadTest Reviews".
For the RoadTestApp notifications it works. The option turned on.

When I try ReviewApp, I get this error: "Access to add the subscription was denied."
I tried it from this page (one of my own reviews).
