feature request: Blogs on first tab of Home Page

Currently Forums is the active tab when opening the home page. This is not the place where most activity happens, that's in blogs.

  • At the time of writing: 5 blogs entered on 11 november, home page shows Forum entries up to 10 November
  • Forums shows issues and bug reports. Maybe not the content to put on the prime place of the website?

Suggestion is to put the Blogs tab first.
