Account got locked out for spam/abusive behavior

My account got locked out for spam/abusive behavior.  I tried appealing this but my appeal got rejected.  This was the response I received:

Since my account got removed, I have no way to set the first and last name fields.  I think this was done by mistake.  Could someone help me out with this?
