Table of contents not acting quite right

Small problem with this contents table. At this point scrolling down page, the highlighted item in the contents panel is the (exaggerated) gap between 'Technology and Flow' and 'OpenAI API', rather than 'OpenAI API'.

This is on an old os (Win 8.1), so not the most recent version of Edge, so feel free to tell me to buy a new computer if you want to.

I'd also consider this to be untidy as well - that's just after selecting the drop-down menu

    I've noticed this too, in fact I intend on discussing the way the navigation looks with the development team on our weekly meeting, because I feel that it looks somewhat 'better' as to how it behaves on mobile instead, being a drop-down list of sections to choose from, and perhaps that should persist at the top?

    This could also resolve the issue where it takes up a lot of space on the left-hand side, too.

    This is being worked on from the development team, believe it or not Roadtest Reviews also have this problem, and no-one ever noticed (or reported it).

    I did notice the drop-down problem on the Roadtest pages. It seemed so blatent and obvious that I assumed you realised and just weren't able to correct it quickly.
