Dear element14 team,
I am in a strange problem with your platform at the moment.
Last week I created an account on element14 to attend a webinar. However, as soon as I registered, I got an email saying my account has been banned for violation of community standards and that I can appeal the ban with an explanation. So I sent in an explanation saying, I think this is a mistake as I have never interacted with the community because I literally just created this account. I was able to attend the webinar but my appeal was still rejected and thus my account banned.
Even though I can't log in to my account, I'm still receiving emails from the element14 community. I would like to unsubscribe from these emails (which I shouldn't be getting in the first place) but I cannot because my account is banned and I cannot log in.
I would request you to kindly look into the issue so I can have my account back so I can login and handle my email communications and also use the platform in the future. If this is not possible, I would like a detailed explanation as to why my account is "against community standards" and thus banned. I would also like to be unsubscribed from these emails.
