e-book download not accepting login

When attempting to download an e-book, why does the pop-up window repeatedly require the creation of a new account when one is already logged-in?

    The popup isn't actually asking you to create a new account, it's just confirming your first name and last name.  It's for our system that keeps count of ebook downloads (which is separate from the main site).  If you click "Next", it'll go straight to the download screen.

    Unless it's actually asking you to create a new account, in which case, it thinks you're not logged in...that would be a bug.  If that's the case, can you tell me what browser you're using?

     , this problem happens from time to time, and we thought it had been resolved. Can you confirm if you're still experiencing this issue, and if so can you provide screenshots please?
