Can't appeal because access is blocked

I have been trying to appeal an issue where some content I posted was blocked.  As far as I can tell, it was blocked because a browser glitch caused me to post it twice, and so it was automatically marked as spam.

I received a message that said  "You have until 30 Jan 2024 3:10 PM to send us an appeal using this form."  When I try to access the form though, I get a reply that says "Account not approved. You have not been approved to access this community."  In effect, I have no way to respond and explain that this was an accidental double-posting.

Help, please?
