I cannot post messages to anyone Phoenix1029

Hello, this is Jeff (Phoenix1029) in Florida. I seem to be in a in between state on the site. I was sent the welcome message after I appealed my user name in two messages. I received a welcome message from cstanton, I replied to him, thanking him and about looking forward to reading some of the trainings. I cannot reply in to anyone. My UN Phoenix1029 was flagged as abusive? I don't know how as I have never been on the site in my life. What is the best method to clear my name? I thought after I received posts, and can see messages I was cleared. It seems not.
