Odd notifications

Frome quite recently I'm getting notifications like this:

although most still look like this:

It's much less convenient to have to cut and paste the link.

    Thanks for the feedback  , and I'm sorry you're experiencing this.

    As the RoadTest and RoadTest Review content types are 'custom' for us in the Verint platform there's functionality that has been overlooked, one such piece was notifications whatsoever, and the issue you're seeing relates to the 'tokens' inserted into e-mail templates for this content type.

    There are two issues I see here:

    1. The link isn't an embedded hyperlink

    2. The link doesn't go directly to the comment

    I'll raise a development ticket with the team to investigate what they can do about this.
