improvement: hide embedded video warnings in search listings

When a search finds  a post or comment with a video in the begin, it shows a security message in the results:

"You don't have permission to edit metadata of this video".

The post shows OK, and the video shows OK. It's just this little odd message in the search.

Maybe an item for the improvement agenda?
