Change email address

Hello

I am trying to change the email address in my profile. I followed the instructions in this FAQ

/members-area/support/w/site-faq/10640/change-email-address

but new email address is not saved (field reverts back to old email address when I refresh the page). This despite a toast in the top right corner that says profile has been updated

Could you please help?
