As part of our moderation process before this, and always on user account creation, we require(d) members to have their first name and last name on their account. With a website release by the development team, the moderation process accidentally captured accounts that registered during the period of time where you weren't able to update your shipping details, or personal details, and that meant a number of accounts were marked as 'abusive/for moderation' unintentionally. If you've been caught by this, you need to 'Report a Problem' with your details so that your account can be updated and you'll be able to login to the site as normal once your account is resolved. Alternatively you should have received an e-mail where you can "appeal" the disapproval, and this is the best way to raise attention to your account needing approval. During this time though, moderation does still work 'as intended' and your account may have been correctly captured for disapproval, in these cases, your account will not be restored, and will not be restored if we see any other security reason not to restore it. In cases such as these, this may not be disclosed to you.
