I wonder if marketing departments really think that engineers sit down (presumably away from the desk, so in the car/garden/loo/shop) and browse Farnell on their smartphone for some obscure op-amp that they really need for their project. Presumably with their beaming knowing smile, head tilted on one side, looking adoringly at their OPA627 selection and with a mystical glow around their heads. You've all seen the clip-art!
I have two requests.
Firstly, can you make the "Filter" tab sticky? I can't remember the number of times I have searched for a part, and been presented with a really good deal, only to find that it is available only in America (unless I pay some shipping surcharge), or I am being offered a component which has been EOLed and is now out of stock.
Secondly, an option that has been needed for years. A filter-by-price-range. Many of the searches I perform, both for everyday and special items, can be made much easier if I can get rid of components that are clearly outside the price range of the component I need. This is not just removing expensive ones, but sometimes components which are too cheap - false results that are generated using a search.
I forgot to say:
How about letting thse of us who don't spend thousands a year with you directly (in my case I usually do it by whoever is contracting me at the time) buy a full printed catalogue?

One thing I just don't understand why there isn't a "Mates With" link with each connector. Molex does this on there web site, so almost all connectors I use are Molex. They also link to pins that work…
