Q: How do I unsubscribe from element14 marketing emails?

A: At the bottom of all emails from us, there is an Unsubscribe link. Once you click on this link, it will take you to a page with instructions on how to unsubscribe from element14 Community email

Q: How do I turn off/edit email notifications and the weekly status email?

A1: You can change your general email notifications by:

Logging in
Clicking on your name at the top of the website
Selecting the "Preferences" link from the drop-down
Once on that page, you can adjust your messaging settings by toggling the settings to "No" or "Off".

A2: To stop getting email notifications for a specific space, group, or piece of content:

Log in
Click on your name at the top of the website
Select the "Following" link
On that page, click on the "Inbox" and "Connection Steam" links to expand them and see what you are following
Click the "Unfollow" button to stop following (and receiving notifications for) any item
- If you want to keep following something, but NOT receive notifications, go to the "Preferences" page (instructions above)

A3: If you'd like to change other notification options (including deactivating your account):

Log in
Click on your name at the top of the website
Select the "Edit Profile & Privacy" link
From there you will click on the appropriate tab and make the needed changes
- To turn off the Community Digest notifications, go to the "Your Profile" tab and change the radio button on "Okay to Contact" to "No", then click the Save button.
