Asia: Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Taiwan
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
All other members can participate but will be ineligible for the prizes.
