Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
North America: Canada, Mexico, and USA
All other members can participate but will be ineligible for the prizes.
