Very cool. I've used the Yun in the past and it can be a bugger. There is a reset button next to the Ethernet port which can be used to reset the config if you can no longer log into the board via WiFi.

If your Arduino code goes off to the weeds it could cause the Serial Port to no longer enumerate. You may have to reset the board and check your code, or just load the blinky example to see if the board is still healthy.
