Today we got the first new Genuino 101 - and it fits perfectely in our ArduiBox din rail enclosure kit

Looks good, there is also a CE certified industrial controller series from industrial Shields that leverage open source software and hardware (Arduino Leonardos and Arduino Megas) here PLC, Arduino industrial | Industrial Shields

I have a couple for review on my bench and they are well built, 24V supply and Din rail mountable, this is a review I did for RS (Newark dont sell these so its not a conflict) but I wanted to show you options

The main difference being these are ready built, just add software etc, rather than buy an enclosure and build up your interfaces (All that work is done for you with these)
