AVT9152 SAR testing?

I see in the FCC filing that the AVT9152 is not supposed to be used within 20cm of the body. I know this is a limit that triggers SAR testing. Can anyone tell me if SAR was just not tested on this device or if there were problems with it? We need to be installed closer than that. I want to make sure that we could move forward with our own testing as necessary as opposed to knowing that it will fail if we do test.

What's the difference between the AES-CELLIOT-AVT9152MOD and the AES-CELLIOT-AVT9152MOD-TR? Different pricing and stock showing for each one. Datasheet doesn't seem to call out the -TR.

Is there any information that can be provided to show what "typical" or historical stocks of parts look like? A 16-week lead during prototyping is something that would be insurmountable for us if this part goes out of stock. Also, is there any information on how long this module will be supported?

AVT9152 GPIO connections between the nRF9160 and nRF52840?

The diagram for the AVT9152 module shows GPIOs connected between the nRF9160 and nRF52840, however, I have not been able to find any documentation showing me which GPIOs are connected together. Where can I find this information?
