No display for FMC-MAGEON HDMI Pass-Through RGB Tutorial?

Hi,
Just wonder if anyone got the "FMC-IMAGEON HDMI Pass-Through Tutorial" to work?  I went through the tutorial and got the yuv422 version to work, but when I switch to the RGB version nothing is shown on the screen.

When I ran the application it shows ADV7611 detect input signal and set ADV7511 output format; but nothing is display on the screen.  I went back to the design and bypass the RGB conversion (which make it same as the yuv422 version), and the application works again.  So seems like something went wrong when the video signal go through with the chroma resampler and color space converter but I am not sure how to troubleshoot that.

Any input or feedback is appreciated.

-Kevin

There is a known issue with the HDMI pass-through in RGB mode.  The chroma resampler and color space converter cores are hard-configured for 1080P60 resolution.

If your video source is not 1080P60, this is most probably the issue you are seeing.
There are two ways to fix this.

    1) You can change the resolution of the cores in the hardware design to match your video resolution.

    2) You can add AXI4-Lite configuration interfaces to the two cores and connect them up to the Zynq device, then add code to configure the cores according to the detected resolution at the HDMI input.

    Regards,

    Mario.

Yup, ,I am using a 720p video input source.

I went back to hardware design and switch all the video resolution to 1280x720 and now the design is working.

    Thanks for the quick response,
    Kevin
