I use the Oscilloscope to detect that the voltage in the pin Y3 from the oscillator connected to the chip AD 9517 is only about 1.3V. But it should be 3.3V from the schematic.
What is more, I find the P23 (Voltage Monitor Plug) also does not supply an voltage of 3.3V.
I do not know which setting is wrong. And maybe the evaluation board does not work properly because the welding is wrong.
