JTAG node is not accessible (on Zed Board)

Hello,

I was able to program the Zed board via USB-JTAG (J17) before. Today, I am unable to program the Zed board and get the following error "JTAG node is not accessible". I did re-install the Digilent cable driver from Xilinx/Vivado folder, but I still received the same error. Any help will be appreciated . Thank you.

    Hello,

     

    If your Host PC OS is Windows 7 you might want to see if, with the USB cable connected to J17 (the JTAG interface), when you turn on the ZedBoard does your PC 'recognize' the port? When you turn on the ZedBoard you should hear a 'notification' sound and, in Windows Device Manager under "Universal Serial Bus controllers", you should see a 'USB Serial Converter' added to the list.

     

    If you do not see this I would try replacing the USB Cable and, if possible, trying a different ZedBoard as the cable or the ZedBoard are the most likely problem.
