I tried verifying the communication using the nandps 1.03a example provided with the xilinx tools. However, the ReadId API always returns the values of ID[0] to ID[3] as 248, 224, 224

RE: Issues while accessing NAND Flash using SMC interface with Zynq 7020

I have already gone through that post. I did the changes tried there based on my NAND chip specifications, but after making those changes I'm getting 248,224,224,224. Prior to those changes I was getting 248 four times.

RE: Issues while accessing NAND Flash using SMC interface with Zynq 7020

This post on the Xilinx Zynq forum might be on target.

http://forums.xilinx.com/t5/Zynq-All-Programmable-SoC/ZYNQ-NAND-Flash-Problem/td-p/328307

-Gary
