Watch out!  USB micro connectors are flimsy

After 5 days and about 20 mate/demates, my uart/usb micro usb connector fell off.  It looks like the board manufacturer tried to epoxy it down for more support... But it didn't work.  What are my chances of getting an RMA?

    Sorry for the trouble.  Most USB connectors have some sort of panel surrounding the connector to provide additional support.  Unfortunately, we do not have that option with ZedBoard as it is a development board meant to be left accessible on a benchtop.  Aside from adding the epoxy we have, we encourage you to be careful.  Perhaps leave your USB cables plugged in on the ZedBoard side as much as possible.  Perform your plug/unplugging on the PC side instead of on the ZedBoard side.
