ERROR: [Common 17-69] Command failed: This design contains a core for which bitstream generation is not supported.

I met the same problem like this previous post:http://zedboard.org/content/tutorial-zedboard-hdmi-display-controller

but after I download the new license, and loaded it.The error : [Common 17-69]  still exists.What can I do?
