Please do not post the same question to multiple forums.
You will need to be more specific about your configuration in order for anyone to help. What ubuntu are you trying to load? Are you trying loading the software from JTAG or trying to boot from QSPI Flash or the SD card? In general your boot image will need to include applications for both CPUs.
