I have both PHYs working (the 1G PHY is a different one as on SDK and eval board, it needs modification when you start with SDK examples).
You can connect with Web Browser to one or both, even in parallel.
Each PHY has also a name you can use in web browser (if you do not know the IP address, mDNS is running):
