Can't Recognise JTAG pins

I am working on Microzed kit and I want to program it through JTAG. I can recognize its TMS, TDI, TDO, TCK pins but unable to recognize its VCC and GND pins.

Please help me out of it.

Hell Saad,

I am not sure what your question is. If you are asking which pins of the MicroZed JTAG connector, J3, are assigned to VCC and Ground you can take a look at the MicroZed schematic found here: http://www.zedboard.org/documentation/1519

The J3 connector is compatable with the Xilinx Platform Cables and the Digilent JTAG HS1 and HS2 programming cables.
