Does Xilinx Platform cable works for Microzed Jtag?

Hi,

I'm trying to connect JTAG in microzed using Xilinx Platform cable[1], is it valid connection?

When I try to install drivers for these in SDK/2015.3/data/xicom/cable_drivers/lin64/install_script/install_drivers

It is getting installed but, I'm unable to see Status LED glow and I couldn't find /dev/windrvr6

Any help?

Hi there,
Nothing that I see leads me to think it works with Vivado. Zynq officially only runs with Vivado. From what I can see on the Xilinx forums, it appears that officially this does not even work under Windows 7.
It is highly suggested that you update to a JTAG-HS3 to perform Zynq work.

Hi there,
I was speaking with a colleague about this. He thinks that it will work
He provided me a link to the datasheet:

On the first page it does state that it is compatible with Vivado.
