tutorial xapp1079: Porting on MicroZed

Hi all,

I would like make a porting of the xapp1079 tutorial on MicroZed.

Do you have some advises on how I have to design the PL of the Zynq in order to have a same configuration hardware used in the tutorial?

The pdf of the tutorial seems not very detailed about this point, since it starts by using an hardware configuration already made.

Hello Claudio,

If you look near the end of the XAPP1079 there is a link to download the reference design files. I checked and the hardware design is there.

You may also want to see if you can attend the Avnet Zynq Software Speedway Design Seminar. In Lab 9 there is an example of setting up a dual processor bare metal configuration. There are versions of the labs for ZedBoard and for MicroZed boards. f you are unable to attend one in person check with your Avnet/Silica FAE to get a copy of the seminar materials and labs.
