The Picozed 7015/30 rev. B2 schematics (9/4/2014) shows (on page 10) that the GTX Power block has MGTAVTT decoupled and connected via a 220R ferrite bead to MGTAVCC and similar, MGTAVCC is connected to MGTAVTT.
I think the labels got swapped there.
In any case, I'd appreciate a clarification on this issue.
