Vivado or PlanAhead?

Zynqgeek wrote in the last blog post about "Xilinx Tools 2012.3 Release" and stated,
u201CIf you are starting a new project and it is a 7-Series device (Artix-7, Kintex-7, Virtex-7, or Zynq-7000), then Vivado is where you want to be.u201D

I tried Vivado (2012.3) but neither the Zedboard nor the Zynq-7000 is supported (so far). How will be this in the future? And will be there a free license for Vivado?

Is it correct when I say u201Cas a user with a WebPACK license it is best to use PlanAheadu201D?

Thank you so much for pointing this out. I have updated the blog post here:

Vivado does not support Zynq yet in the 2012.3 tools. If you are starting a new 7-Series design (Artix-7, Kintex-7, Virtex-7) you want to be in Vivado. If you are starting a new Zynq-7000 design, you should be using the PlanAhead flow as described in previous blog posts.
