Pull type of SPI and I2c

Hello everyone
Can anyone help me to figure out the pull type of SPI and I2C
Is it necessary to configure it in planahead (when we are making .ucf file). I am using 7z020 board.
Is there any documentation regarding this topic I have been searching but no success

ISE: In Project Navigator, go to the "Processes for Current Source" window --> User Constraints --> Constraints Editor. In the Constraints Editor, go to the "Ports" tab and check the box next to "I/O Configuration Options". The pull-up/pull-down option will now be available in the "Port Name" rows.

Or in a .ucf:

NET "pad_net_name" PULLDOWN/PULLUP;
or
INST "pad_instance_name" PULLDOWN/PULLUP;

Actually my problem is, I don't know about the SPI or I2C is pullup or pulldown? and I did not find any documentation where it is define.
so i want to know that MISO is pullup or pulldown ? and the same for the others ports

I2C - pullup
SPI I/O level depends on the parts you will communicate with, so start with specifications on that part.
