My Zedboard ver.D does not connect to the JTAG. I have done my best to resolve the problem on my own but nothing helps.
u2022 I use Windows 10/64 and Vivado 2015.3 with the installed USB cable driver.
u2022 Jumpers: Jp7-Jp11 are connected to the GND.
u2022 I have used both the USB cable provided by Digilent and a couple of other compatible ones.
u2022 In the Windows Device Manager I can find USB Serial Converter working properly.
Its properties:
Manufacturer: FTDI
Location: Port_#0001.Hub_#0006.
Driver Provider: FTDI.
Driver Date: 1/27/2014.
Driver Version: 2.10.0.0.
After the USB cable has been removed the Converter entry disappears in the Device Manager.
